Returns are permitted on all full-priced merchandise for store credit, provided that the purchased items have not been used, washed or worn. No refunds will be issued for returned items. Any items that are damaged or used will not be eligible for a store credit. Examples include stains, odors, pet hair, rips or pulls in fabric, damaged zippers, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling. Please product descriptions carefully regarding any garment style or fit.
Any returned product must be received within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Upon receipt, a store credit code will be issued to purchase another items or items of equal value.
Procedure for Returning Defective Merchandise:
If you receive an item with approved defect, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to inform us of the issue. Any requests made beyond 3 days of product receipt will not be eligible for return. To confirm defect, a photo of the defective item must be emailed to email@example.com along with the details of your order.
Any sale items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.
Cups, Bags, and all accessory items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.
Items that do not fit properly may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Upon receipt, a store credit code will be issued that may be used to purchase a different size, if available, or an alternate item of equal value.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included as well as reason for return on the invoice.
*Tracking on all return packages is strongly encouraged to ensure that any returned items which may not be received can be located for the customer.
