take a hero fishing day

The patriotic tones surrounding Operation Sailfish are created in honor of American heroes – the men and women of our United States military. To thank them for their service, a ‘Take a Hero Fishing Day’ will be held on Thursday, January 17th where these heroes will join Operation Sailfish teams for a day of rod bending fun followed by a cocktail party and hero ceremony.
Details
To build strong, stable and secure military families by providing:
- Eligible to retired and active duty military heroes
- Applications must be submitted online with operationhomefront.org
- Number of participants selected will be subject to number of volunteer boats available
- ew participants will receive first assignments
Schedule
- Fishing - 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Cocktail Hour - 5:00 PM
- Hero Ceremony – 5:30 PM
