Captain Bouncer Smith is experienced in every aspect of the sport of fishing, in South Florida as well as a variety of ports throughout North America, he has devoted his life to sharing fishing with others, through his radio shows, magazine articles, seminars, and on the water. Bouncer has been running boats out of South Florida since he was 19, working on them since he was 15. He shares his love of the ocean and fishing with children and adults from the novice fisherman to the tournament sportsfisherman. He loves all the excitement of catching bait to monster tarpon and marlin. He has been captain of many Tournament fishing teams and can arrange one of those opportunities for you, if you wish. This is the man to take you on a day of fishing you have always dreamed of.
Captain Dean Panos, owner and operator of Double D Charters is dedicated to providing you with an angling experience of a lifetime. He has been fishing the South Florida waters for over 24 years and is a proven tournament winner. Double D Charters specializes in offshore fishing in South Florida and the Bahamas. Captain Skip Dana was born and raised in Pompano Beach, FL. He grew up a block away from Merritt’s boat yard fishing in just about every canal in his neighborhood until he was old enough to go to the pier by himself. His pier fishing eventually led him onto the local drift boats in Pompano. Over time he began working on the drift boats where he worked his way up from mate, to captain and now owns both the Helen S and Fish City Pride drift boats together with his wife Lisa.
Captain Art Sapp of the Native Son sport fishing/charter boat is truly a native son. As a seventh generation Floridian he has spent his entire life fishing the waters of South Florida. With quite a few tournament wins on his record, he has proven his ability to catch fish. He specializes in live baiting, be it under a kite or on the bottom, for the great variety of fish that South Florida has to offer.
Greg Bogdan is from New Jersey where he started fishing at a very young age. He worked on head boats and charters boats from the age of 13, fishing for tuna, marlin and sharks. Greg came to Singer Island every year for family vacations and eventually ended up returning as a student at P.B.A.C where he studied Marine Science. During college he did night and weekend charters, and discovered a variety of species that no one else was fishing for. In 1992 he started running The Permitted full time with charters through the fall, winter and spring months. He specialized in light tackle fishing for permit, snook, african pompano, tarpon and jacks. Since then his business has expanded to all species available off of Palm Beach. In spring and summer months Greg fishes a few tuna and marlin tournaments in the Bahamas and up the east coast of the U.S.
